Return & Refund Policy: Junction 07

At Junction 07, all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. Because each item is custom-made after your order is placed, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Return Eligibility (India)

We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color difference due to screen display

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Minor print placement variations (within quality tolerance)

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Replacement Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

  • In some cases, we may offer a refund instead

  • You may be asked to ship the product back to our return address

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, as production begins quickly.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

Made-to-Order Policy

All Junction 07 products are printed after your order is placed to reduce waste and ensure fresh production. Because of this, returns for sizing or preference issues cannot be accepted.
